Our VA Hiring Process

Step-by-step guide to hiring the right virtual assistant for your business.

1
Client Discovery Call

We begin with a 15–30 minute discovery call to understand your needs, business type, tools you use, and the tasks you want to delegate.

2
Role & Task Definition

We help you define the exact scope of the VA role — tasks, required tools, skills, time zone availability, and work hours.

3
Candidate Sourcing & Screening

Shortlist experienced VAs from the Philippines based on your criteria. Every VA goes through: Resume screening, Skills assessment, English proficiency test, and Background check.

4
Client Interview

You get to meet your top 1–3 candidates through a virtual meet call. You choose who fits your team best.

5
Trial or Immediate Onboarding

Optional trial week to test compatibility. Once you're happy, we proceed to formal onboarding and documentation.

6
Onboarding & Ongoing Support

We guide you through setting up communication tools, task systems, and expectations. We provide ongoing support and replacement if needed.

“I used to wake up every day feeling overwhelmed. As the primary breadwinner in a household of five, I was beginning to feel like everything was too much. I had a small business at a local market making very little money, my siblings were still in school, and every peso I earned went to bills, groceries, and medicine.”

“This all changed when a friend had told me that I could work from home as a virtual assistant if I enrolled in some online training programs designed to provide a background in admin work. I was determined to turn things around, and so I did the training, I learned about CRM tools, client follow-ups, how to generate leads, and even learned some basic tools for marketing and social media.”

“I finished the training and set out to finally use these new skills. After applying for a ton of positions, I finally got an opportunity to work for a real estate agent based in California. At first, I handled listings, replied to inquiries, and scheduled appointments. But soon, my client began trusting me with more responsibilities, and eventually I was setting up her CRM, helped her start the automation process for follow-ups, was designing her property flyers, and even managing her social media pages.”

“She has even told me I have become an invaluable asset to her business!”

“Hearing how much I have helped her while her business grows gave me a lot of pride in what I was doing, and a renewed sense of confidence and purpose. Knowing that I helped her as much as she helped me and my family with reaching our financial goals, knowing that my family is stable, it’s a breath of fresh air thriving together, and knowing that we have built something meaningful together.”

“I have known since I was a Filipino kid growing up in the states, that I wanted to be a nurse like my mother. So I came to the Philippines to achieve that goal. My mother helped me financially throughout school, and I finally graduated as a nurse. I figured I would work as a nurse in the Philippines at least temporarily to pay back some of the help I received from her, but the reality was, I could barely afford to eat while being a nurse here. My salary barely covered the basic necessities. I could hardly afford to eat, pay my rent, and commute to the hospital.”

“I grew up in the states, and I never imagined the difference in salary could be so apparent. I felt defeated, completely. So I began looking for other ways that I could make a living to support a comfortable life. My searches lead me to an opportunity to apply for work as a virtual assistant. That decision changed everything!”

“I was hired by a client in Florida and started doing pre-checkup checklists, out-patient charting, and other administrative work such as setting appointments and data-entry. I was able to make double what I was making as a nurse here. I was finally able to feel like I could visualize my independence, and am starting to feel a semblance of financial freedom.”

“This was the best decision I have made by far! I’m finally able to help support my family and build a future I once thought was out of reach.”
